Chocolate Mixing Tanks
Client: Barry Callebaut Chocolate
We provided Barry Callebaut Chocolate with three 30 ton jacketed and insulated chocolate mixing tanks that were designed and built to the clients working envelope.
The image shows the careful measurements that were used for the ingressed doorway into the plant.
We worked alongside Speedrite International Ltd, who provided all the necessary lifting equipment to move the three tanks and the skills required to top and tail the tanks once inside the client’s factory.
Insulated and Clad Food Mixing Plant
A complete four tank insulated and clad food mixing plant supplied with access platform and stairs to a major UK food processor.
The plant was built to a footprint within our workshop facility completely assembled with load cell mountings and all supported within the manufactured framework. Upon completion the plant was dismantled, palleted and transported to site, offloaded and ingressed and fully re-built in position to the original footprint.
